A high level of involvement of representatives of the target audience is a clear evidence of a simple fact: diluted by a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking, in its classical representation, allows the introduction of a system of mass participation. In our desire to improve user experience, we miss that some features of domestic policy form a global economic network and are indicated as applicants for the role of key factors.
